Hi, I’m Mimi - born in Houston on a rare snowy day (yes, that’s why my middle name is Snow). I grew up in Sugar Land, Texas, studied biology at UT Austin, and somehow ended up in Chicago thinking I’d work in healthcare…plot twist. Turns out, I couldn’t stop chasing my real passions: social media, food, and photography. One leap of faith (and a lot of creative energy) later, I found myself deep in the hospitality world, building bold, thoughtful marketing strategies for hospitality-forward brands.

That journey led me to launch Sesamimi Marketing in 2025, where I turn big ideas into scroll-stopping content, smart strategy, and visuals that make people hungry - in the best way. What started with managing social media for a local ice cream sandwich shop has grown into a full-blown marketing agency, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
